This is a well-executed modern design. It incorporates the manipulation of volumes to bring out the beauty of the rectangular shaped apartment. The patterns define the interior.  The simple rectangular designs are well put together and modern.  

Additionally, different materials are combined along with the lighting to create a well coordinated and refined space.
